Fika has been created specifically for progressive businesses coming out of the pandemic, where an alternative, flexible, and culturally rich food and beverage approach is needed to rebuild workplace connection and energy.
We provide delivered and in-office catering, as well as hospitality services and wellness programmes to clients predominantly in London, across industries including (but not limited to) financial, legal, media, charity, fashion, leisure, tech and flexible workspace.
Our expertise spans restaurants, deli bars, pop-ups, theatre cookery, speciality coffee bars, grab & go, hospitality, fine dining, and events. Anywhere we can bring people together through vibrant, nutritious food and drink!

CULTURE
It all starts with Fika: a concept, a state of mind, an attitude and an important part of Swedish culture. Bringing the whole food, coffee and wellbeing together, we encourage clients to adopt a Fika culture. Fika is an essential part of daily life where people make time for one another, sharing a cup of coffee (or tea) and a little something to eat

FOOD
First and foremost, we are a fresh food caterer. We provide our clients, their employees and visitors with food that is fresh, seasonal and local. We employ skilled chefs who share our values and have a natural passion to create dishes that are innovative, colourful and flavoursome

DELIVERED IN
From our three Central Production Units (CPUs), we deliver to a wide range of clients across London. This includes offices without on-site kitchen facilities, Ad-hoc events, full hospitality delivered in and support for in-house catering teams during peak demand. All deliveries are made using our Fika E-Vans, fully electric vehicles that are eco-friendly, cost efficient and congestion-zone ready. They help us reduce emissions, support our clients’ sustainability goals and ensure quieter, future-proof operations.
COFFEE
We don’t accept average. Our head of coffee lives and breathes coffee, making coffee an experience, not just a caffeine necessity. Every barista we employ attends our Coffee Academy. They are not let loose in our coffee bars until we know that their coffee will put a smile on our customers faces
BLOOM
We run a social enterprise called Bloom Coffee Academy that trains homeless and disadvantaged people to become skilled baristas, with a professional SCA qualification. We then support them in getting employment, being paid no less than the London Living Wage. We have also partnered with a host of other local social enterprises that help disadvantaged people get skills and employment
