"Hi, I'm Ed, Having worked in the catering and hospitality industry for over 25 years, I had a growing desire to create a company that could not only be profitable, but have a deeper, more meaningful reason for existing, a company with purpose. And so Fika and Bloom were born. I feel passionately that as individuals, and as businesses, we have an important responsibility to create a positive impact on people and the planet through the decisions we make.

Food and Drink plays a pivotal role in deepening our relationships, bringing people together and
increasing our overall happiness. I want to enhance this for people whilst they are at work.

Our purpose through Fika and our Social Enterprise, Bloom are:
