Located at 2 Harbour Exchange Square, London E14 9GE, our doors are open to the public Monday to Friday, offering specialty coffee, seasonal chef-crafted dishes, and fresh pastries, all crafted with passion by our team of Legends, a Certified B Corporation®.

Through our not-for-profit social enterprise, The Bloom Coffee Academy, we train disadvantaged people to become skilled baristas. We believe everyone deserves a second shot, so we invest in training and employing people who’ve faced barriers to work, such as homelessness or systemic disadvantage. Our baristas are not just skilled in specialty coffee, they’re graduates of a programme designed to restore dignity, unlock potential, and spark transformation. When you order your flat white or batch brew here, you're directly supporting that journey.

Fresh Food from our CPUs – For Everyone
Fika Xchange is part of a broader ecosystem of three Central Production Units (CPUs) across London — including our Canary Wharf kitchen right here on site. These kitchens enable us to serve:
• Locals and workers visiting the café
• University students through exclusive loyalty programmes
• Corporate clients with tailored catering and wellness menus
• Ad hoc events and private functions, both on-site and delivered
Our menus are designed for nourishment, crafted with sustainability in mind, and adapted weekly to reflect the seasons and reduce food waste.
